Renovation & Conversion of Victorian Dwelling

Renovation & Conversion of Victorian Dwelling

This project involved the complete structural and internal renovation of a victorian dwelling, including new roof, new floors, internal dryling, damproofing and windows.  The internal layout was altered to acheive two spacious apartments. We provided each with two double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen/dining room and a separate living room making the most of the seaviews.

Internally all original features where maintained or replaced such as cornices, picture rails, fireplaces and original doors and fixtures/fittings.  Handmade kitchens together with modern security and data systems were specified and installed allowing the original features and charm of the property to shine through.  Externally a garage was demolished and 4 No. off street carparking spaces were provided.

An intensive project with every inch of the property altered in some way. Demolition is sometimes not the answer!
